Easy
Rent a Car Ltd
hereby rents to the vehicle describe over leaf subject toall terms and conditions
contained herein and the renter acknowledged.
1. The
renter received the said vehicle together with all tires, tools, car documents,
accessories, and he/she shall return it in that order.
2.
The renter received the said vehicle
in good condition and acknowledged liability for cost of all fuel consumed
during rental period, and that fuel provided to the renter without charge
he/she shall return it with the same quantity.
3.
The renter shall return the said vehicle
on the date, time and place of collection shown overleaf. The renter understands
that the insurance of the said vehicle ends at the time and date stated
overleaf.
4.
The renter acknowledges that the owner will in on even be liable for loss
or damage to any property left or carried on the said vehicle.
5.
The renter acknowledges that C.D.W.
DOES NOT COVER any damage to the tires, to the windscreen, and to the undercarriage
of the said vehicle and that the renter shall be held responsible for those damage.
a: Full insurance cover damage to the tires, windscreen
and undercarriage of the said vehicle
6.
The renter expressly acknowledges personal
liability to pay Easy Rent a Car ltd
on demand:
a: C.D.W. fee and miscellaneous charges at the
rate specified overleaf for
b: any cost to repair any damage to the said vehicle
that the C.D.W. does not cover.
c: all fines and court costs for parking tickets or
traffic or other legal violations assessed
against said vehicle
d: any cost for loss or damage to the tools an accessories
of the said vehicle.
7. The renter acknowledges THAT THE VEHICLE WILL NOT
BE USED:
a: for ant illegal purpose as stated by Cyprus Law.
b: to tow or help start any other vehicle.
c:
for giving driving lessons, for speed testing or for carrying anything other
than
d: for driving the said vehicle in an off-road road
other than an asphalt road: Except 4x4 vehicles.
e: for driving the said vehicle in an area other than
the area control by the REPUBLIC
OF CYPRUS.
f: by any driver other than the authorized driver
or the additional driver as
g: by the authorized driver if he/she is under the
influence of alcohol, narcotics,
or hallucinatory drugs.
h: by the authorized driver if he/she suffer from
any physical infirmity or defective
vision not corrected, or hearing.
i: in any manner that will render any applicable insurance
policy void.
8. The renter is responsible to abide by the conditions
stated on No:7 otherwise he/she would pay for any damages sustained to the
said vehicle.
9. The renter shall report any accident involving
the said vehicle to Easy Rent a Car Ltd office within 24 hrs from time of
occurrence.
10. The renter is not allowed to pay for any repairs
done to the said vehicles without the owners consent.
11. In the event of an accident Easy Rent a Car Ltd
is not responsible for lost time and holds on obligation to replace the
vehicle.
12. Ignorance of Cyprus traffic Laws holds the renter
responsible. The renter can obtain such information’s by the management
of Easy Rent a Car Ltd.

Drivers

You must be over 23 and under 75, hold a full
license and own a credit card. State, Overseas, and International licenses
are acceptable. There is charge for additional drivers.
